Barn near Bath & Longleat With Private Parking

The Retreat is set within the countryside of Wiltshire and it was fully refurbished in 2025. It has a large private parking area & is located within the 3 acre grounds of Willow Grange, which borders Somerset. The accommodation overlooks paddocks & is surrounded by trees and fields. It is the perfect location to visit Bath, Stonehenge, Longleat & other local towns & villages such as Frome, Lacock & Salisbury. With direct train links from Westbury to London. Unfortunately we are strictly no pets. The space The converted property is all on one level, with two large double bedrooms, Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, Bedroom 2 has a super king size bed or it can be adapted into twin beds should you wish both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. The Barn can only accommodate for 1 infant with a total of 5 guests when including 1 infant. There is an open-plan living and dining space. The furnishings are tastefully contemporary. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped including a dish washer, oven & induction hob, microwave, kettle and much more. there is a separate utility with the fridge freezer and a washing machine are located. The patio furniture & BBQ is available between May and September, the BBQ uses a single of double disposable BBQ which guests can either bring with them or purchase once they have arrived. There is one outside CCTV camera which covers the private car parking area. Other things to note If guests require an earlier check-in before 5pm then please ask us, we will do our best to offer this if we can but unfortunately this is not always available. EV car charging - this is a standard external 13amp socket connection, we charge per KW used, prices are available on request. We also leave a Starter Pack which includes , toiletries, washing up liquid / dishwasher tablets / kitchen Roll & more. Unfortunately we do not supply cooking oil since guests have different preferences, unfortunately we cant remove no cooking oil option from our amenities list on airbnb. Guest obviously would need to purchase extra supplies themselves if required. Please note that our property can only accommodate for a total of 5 guests when including 1 infant, so in effect 1 infant and 4 other guests (with a mixture of either children or adults to a maximum of 4 + 1 infant only) Unfortunately there not a car charging facility available so please do not try to charge an electric car whilst you are here, we are looking at car charging options for the future.
