The space After taking a small path that runs through the woods, you will discover the enchanting setting of this superb Périgord property located on 5 hectares of landscaped and wooded land, where tranquility and sweetness of life reign. Lovers of nature and calm will be seduced by this environment sheltered from all noise and all eyes, only birds and deer will come to disturb the time of your stay. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION: ************************ With a total area of more than 200 m², LA LONGERE offers on the ground floor: * A splendid living room of more than 80 m², with a perfectly equipped kitchen, large central island and dining area: certainly the major room of the house where you will love to cook the good products of Périgord and sit down together for good meals. * Adjacent, the beautiful living room is elegantly furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, three armchairs, rugs and coffee table arranged around the beautiful decorative stone fireplace. A large flat screen TV, DVD player and DVD library, and a piano complete this space. * The large 45 m² room accessible on the mezzanine above the dining room, with its magnificent cathedral frame, will allow you to work on the large wooden desk or to rest well in peace comfortably nestled in the large sofa. Located on the other side of the entrance, served by a corridor and therefore perfectly quiet, the night area serves: * A first master double bedroom with a large double bed (160 x 200), two bedside tables, chairs, cupboard and wardrobe. * It has its own ensuite bathroom with tiled shower, double sink and toilet. * A second double bedroom also furnished with a large double bed (160 x 200), two bedside tables, a chair and storage space. * A third double bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm, bedside tables, chair and storage. * A fourth bedroom offering two single beds in 90 cm x 190 cm, a bedside table and storage space. * A bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet and a third separate toilet * A laundry room with a second refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and ironing board completes the layout of the main house. All the rooms of the house have large French windows allowing access to the terrace and the garden on both sides of the house, thus offering an ideal "inside-outside" communication in summer. For the comfort of our guests, all rooms have reversible air conditioning. Located on the other side of the entrance courtyard, LA MAISON D'AMIS offers with its equipped kitchenette, its fifth double bedroom and its superb bathroom with empire-style bathtub and tiled shower, a perfectly independent accommodation for a couple wishing to preserve their privacy. Its large pool promises you beautiful afternoons of swimming all together, on the return from the many excursions offered by the immediate surroundings of the house.
