Second Bedroom Ideal for children, friends or additional guests, the second bedroom offers two single beds and a ceiling fan, creating a comfortable and practical space to unwind. ❄️ Climate Control The home is fitted with air conditioning and heating in the main living, kitchen and dining area, as well as the main bedroom, comfortably servicing the entire house for year-round comfort. 🍽 Living, Dining & Entertainment The open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing together, featuring a large, comfortable couch for everyone to enjoy and a large smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps available. Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the home, making it easy to work remotely, stream your favourite shows or stay connected. 🍳 Kitchen & Bathroom The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a family dinner. FREE PARKING AVAILABLE - 1 bay is allocated to the house and there are other onsite parking bays available for the second car. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay, including all indoor and outdoor areas. One allocated parking bay is provided for your convenience and is for guest use only. Self check-in details will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth and easy stay. Other things to note 🏠 House Rules No parties or events. This home is located in a quiet residential area and is best suited to families, couples or small groups. Quiet hours apply between 9:00pm – 7:00am in respect of our neighbours. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Pets are welcome 🐾 Pets must be house-trained and not left unattended inside the home for extended periods. Please clean up after pets, both inside and outdoors. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture. Any pet-related damage or additional cleaning required may incur extra charges. Registered guests only. No unapproved visitors without prior approval from the host. Please respect the home and treat it as you would your own. Report any damage or issues promptly. Furniture is not to be moved between rooms or outdoors. BBQ must be cleaned after use. Parking is limited to the allocated parking bay or on site there is more parking. Please do not park in any other resident's bays or block access. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless prior approval is given. Excessive noise or breaches of house rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund, in line with platform policies.
