The vacation home "Tamika" on Lake Tollensee offers natural living comfort for up to 4 people in a quiet location. The approximately 68 m² accommodation has a bright living/dining area with a fireplace, a modern kitchen, a bedroom and a spacious loft. Two bathrooms with shower and whirlpool, as well as a private sauna, provide relaxation. Terrace, Wi-Fi, parking space and bicycle storage room are available – swimming area about 300 m away. Other things to note Tamika is a naturally designed spherical house (about 68.5 m²) for up to four people – with a skylight dome, floor-to-ceiling windows, larch shingles outside and clay plaster, seagrass insulation and oak wood floor inside. Lots of daylight, soft materials and clear lines create a soothing room climate. On the ground floor, the light-flooded living/dining area opens up with a fireplace, UHD smart TV (Ambilight), Bluetooth radio/speaker and a high-quality kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, espresso maker/coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, counter). The large dining table is perfect for long evenings; the couch can be used as a sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) for 2 people. Also on the ground floor are a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet as well as the private sauna with infusion set – perfect for relaxing hours after a day in nature. A staircase (with a safety gate) leads to the upper floor: here, you will find the separate bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m × 2.00 m), a TV, a dresser, bedside tables, and reading lamps. Sun and blackout blinds as well as a fan (USB) ensure a good night's sleep. Directly under the skylight is the spacious gallery as a quiet relaxation and work area with desk, basket chair and a folding chair with sleeping function. The second bathroom on the upper floor pampers you with a whirlpool tub, large sink, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and toilet. For longer stays, a washing machine is available in the utility room and can be used. Outside you will find about 15 m² terrace with garden table and four chairs, parasol, two loungers and electric grill. Storage room, car parking space, bicycle storage and outdoor toys are provided; family-friendly with high chair and stair protection. Wi-Fi is available, dogs are welcome. The Kugelhaussiedlung is located in Penzlin-Wustrow on Lake Tollensee, quiet and close to nature. The swimming area can be reached after a short walk (about 300 m). In front of the door, riverside and forest paths start for walking, jogging and cycling; the lake tour (about 35 km) and a detour to the historic Alt Rehse are popular. "Tamika" combines subtle architecture, sauna and fireplace warmth as well as lots of light to create a soothing temporary home.
