Welcome to Bréhonnet where I offer you a small quiet cottage in the countryside 4 km from the sea and 3 km from Audierne where you will find all shops and services. The space The cottage includes a 30 m² living room (sofa bed in extra bed), an 11 m² bedroom (160 x 200 bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. It is adjoining another similar gîte, not overlooked. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue. Regarding charges and services: - Utilities (water, gas, electricity) are included in the price except heating (electricity beyond 5 kWh/day, EDF base rate). - The bedroom bed is made on arrival. For the preparation and use of the living room sofa bed, an extra €15 is required for the stay. - Optionally, set of 2 shower sheets, 2 towels, 2 tea towels: €8. - Bike: €8/week. - Electric bike: €15/day or €60/week. - EV charging station, 3 kW, type 2, EDF rate in effect. In the tourist season, from April to October, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. From November to March, other booking periods are possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact me about this. This cottage can be the starting point for hikes or bike rides to the GR 34 which runs along the beautiful wild coast of Cap-Sizun. The coast that goes from Plogoff to Beuzec-Cap-Sizun (Pointe du Millier) has been labeled a "Grand Site de France", it offers magnificent panoramas (Pointe du Raz, Pointe du Van...) Main sandy beaches: Trescadec beach and Anse du Cabestan (Audierne), Baie des Trépassés (Plogoff) … On the north coast, there are small coves: Theolen and Penharn beach (Cléden-Cap-Sizun), Lesven and Pors-Péron beach (Beuzec-Cap-Sizun)... Other ideas for activities or possible visits: the ornithological reserve (Goulien), the aquashow (bird show in Audierne), the pier for the island of Sein (Audierne), the religious heritage (many churches, chapels and calvaries), Locronan (small city of character), the archaeological site of Ménez Drégan (Plouhinec), equestrian centers (Plogoff and Plouhinec), many festivals and folk festivals in summer, and of course, nautical activities (sailing, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, diving, surfing, fishing)... precision: there is a classic filter coffee maker and a tassimo pod in the gîte.
