We offer a renovated apartment in a modern building, in the bustling and hip Bellas Artes district of downtown Santiago Centro. The place is ideally and centrally located in one of city's most central and entertaining neighborhoods, close to the metro, shopping, great restaurants, and services. The apartment has a simple yet elegant design, with the goal of making a comfortable home base for our guests. The space The living room is a modern and open space, with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, allowing for ample natural light. The internet connection is a high speed fiber line, and the wifi provided by a top quality router. In the seating area is a 43 inch flat screen, LG brand LED, smart television. The TV offers several channel apps, including Netflix and Youtube. The bedroom also features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, as well as custom blackout curtains. We have put much thought into a quality night's sleep, and the room has a comfortable high-end queen size bed, with quality linens (we provide all linens). Off the bedroom is a large closet, and bathroom, with a shower tub. Water pressure is excellent, as well as the hot-water supply. The kitchen is an open space off of the living room, with stainless steal appliances, an electric oven, and an electric glass top stove. The space comes fully equipped with plates, glasses, silverware, and smaller appliances, like an electric kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A dining table makes a comfortable place for a meal, and also served as a work space. The 17th floor views are great, overlooking several of Santiago downtown’s high rise office buildings.......... Guest access The bedroom has one large closet for full use by our guests. On the roof level is a seasonal pool and terrace, with stunning views of the city and Andes mountains. Also in the building is a coin-operated self-service laundry, with several commercial washers and dryers. Other things to note We offer a beautiful and comfortable space to enjoy the heart of Santiago Centro. Please feel most welcome to stay! Our listing is instant booking enabled (for guests with prior positive reviews on the Airbnb platform), and also available through booking requests (for first time Airbnb guests). The space is strictly non-smoking. HOUSE RULES Here is a summary of our main house rules: - Check-in: After 4:00 PM - Checkout: 11:00 AM - Self check-in via smart lock keypad - Not suitable for children and infants - No smoking - No pets - No parties, meetings, or events EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS Subject to availability, and for an additional cost of CLP 5000 pesos, it is possible to request an early check-in starting at 2:00 pm. If you would like this option, please let us know as soon as possible after making the reservation. Otherwise, due to the high demand, it is unlikely we will be able to accommodate last-minute. If you have an international morning flight arrival, and you would also need a morning check-in, it is necessary to book the night prior to your arrival date, as we cannot otherwise guarantee an early check-in LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS Subject to availability, and for an additional cost of CLP 5000 pesos, it is possible to request a late checkout at 12 noon (at the latest). If you would like this option, please let us know as soon as possible after making the reservation. Otherwise, due to the high demand, it is unlikely we will be able to accommodate last-minute. If you have a late afternoon/evening flight, and would like to depart from the apartment after 12 noon, it is necessary to add an additional night to the reservation. To be able to prepare, clean and sanitize the apartment for the next guest, we do not otherwise have additional flexibility. BAGGAGE STORAGE NOT AVAILABLE Please note, per the policy of the building’s management, the building's doorman is not permitted to store bags. Additionally, to comply with current cleaning protocols, it is not possible to leave your bags with the cleaners prior to check-in, or after checkout. PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER The apartment includes a portable air conditioner, providing a practical way to cool the space on warmer days. Unlike a fixed system such as a split unit, this portable unit is movable, allowing you to place it where it’s needed most. However, please note that it is less efficient than a permanent system and requires a simple setup: the warm air exhaust hose must be securely attached and directed through a slightly open window. We kindly ask you to handle the air conditioner and its exhaust hose with care so that it remains in excellent condition for all our guests.
