The house located in the quaint little place Cautet, not far from the beautiful Tuyet and 25 km from Aubenas. The environment is indeed developed for tourism, but allows one to escape the great mass tourism of Ostardèche. There are excellent opportunities for hiking, to climb the famous 'Rocher d'Abraham', cycling, and cross-country skiing (in winter). The Ardèche, with inviting pools and swimming holes flowing in close proximity to the house. The house has 2 bedrooms with a total. 6 beds, a large living room with kitchenette and wood-burning fireplace, brand new BaZi, shower, WaMa, separate WC, 2 terraces with a large built-in barbecue, very large garden with trees and many Mediterranean herbs, through fence / surrounded gate, so well suited for children. Just outside the house flows a small stream.
