Welcome to the cabin located 200 meters from the sea. The cottage has a separate bedroom and bathroom. Cozy terrace with a large lawn in front. The lovely house is walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking and cycling distance. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles in the summer if you want to discover the surroundings. Suitable for 1-4 people, best for 2. The space The cottage is located on idyllic Öbolandet near the footbridge over to Trosa Harbor and Trosa Centrum. The cabin offers a kitchen, consisting of an induction stovetop with 2 burners, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Coffee maker and toaster are also available. The cottage has a separate bedroom with double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The bathroom is tiled with underfloor heating, toilet and shower. Cozy terrace and large lawn of about 500 sqm in front of the house. The house is for rent to anyone who wants peace and quiet in a wonderful environment – no parties or loud music! Guest access The entire cozy cabin as well as the large lawn in front of the house. Parking is available directly adjacent to the house. Unfortunately, we do not offer charging facilities for electric cars at the house. The nearest charging post is by the parking lot by the harbor. In spring and summer, there is access to your own charcoal grill and outdoor furniture on the balcony. There are a couple of bicycles to borrow in spring, summer, and fall if you want to explore the surroundings. Other things to note Guest cleans themselves. It is important to us that the house is cleaned properly before departure. So that the next guests get a nice impression. If you want to pay for cleaning instead, let us know. Cost of cleaning for a booking of up to 4 nights: SEK 1,500. Cleaning fee for reservations of 5 nights or more: SEK 2,600.
