It is the perfect place for tourist, family or business stays, while enjoying the calmness of the countryside after your days of sightseeing. Two bedrooms, decorated with great care and attention, await you for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The Zendo room includes: - A 140 x 200 bed - Cotton sheets provided, for a smooth sleep - TV with access to channels: Netflix, Canal+, Disney - All windows are equipped with blackout and thermal curtains to ensure your comfort and privacy. - Enjoy a comfortable desk, ideal for teleworking or reading in a peaceful environment. The Terra Cotta room includes: - Two 90 x 200 beds (possibility of bringing the beds together to form a large bed) - Cotton sheets provided, for a smooth sleep - TV with access to channels: Netflix, Canal+, Disney - A large dressing room offers you all the space you need for a hassle-free stay. - All windows are equipped with blackout and thermal curtains to ensure your comfort and privacy. The beds are made in advance so that your stay begins with peace of mind. Each room has been designed to combine comfort, calm and functionality; so that you can fully relax after your days of sightseeing or work. The bathroom, completely renovated, combines modernity and functionality. The bathroom includes a double sink and a hanging toilet, combining practicality and contemporary design. There is also a bright mirror with a demisting function, as well as a large walk-in shower equipped with a shower head, for an absolutely relaxing experience. For your convenience, you will also find: - Towel dryer - A hairdryer - Towels and washcloths - A shower mat - Hand soap All rooms are fully air-conditioned thanks to a reversible system (hot/cold mode). The accommodation is equipped with optimal wifi, ideal for teleworking and uninterrupted browsing. The accommodation has private parking nearby. If you're traveling by electric car, a charging station is available near the accommodation. The service is offered with a flat rate of €18 per stay. The entire accommodation opens onto an enclosed and landscaped garden in the Mediterranean spirit. Your pets are welcome for an additional cost of €5 per stay and must be kept on a leash. Only registered tenants can access the accommodation, outside guests are not allowed. At your disposal, you will find an ironing board with its steam unit, board games, a Bose audio speaker and a travel cot. If you wish, I can also provide you with a raclette and fondue set, so you can have a pleasant and friendly time with your family. I welcome you between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Check-out is 11am at the latest. To make your arrival even more friendly and peaceful, I can offer you, upon reservation at least 48 hours in advance, some additional small pleasures: - A tasty board of cold cuts and cheeses, made from local products, is available on request at a price of €18 (for two people) - I offer a bottle of sparkling Cocteaux (Loire wines) rosé or white, at a price of €7.50 each - Enjoy a local wine (Haut-Poitou rosé, sauvignon blanc or Haut-Poitou cabernet) for €9 per bottle, by prior reservation Everything is planned to make your stay a relaxing and convivial time.
