Home in Molde

The property is a one-story apartment with 2 double bedrooms. Open and bright living room/kitchen with access to the terrace and garden. An extra mattress big enough for a child, 120 cm (4 ft) wide. Mattress, extra bed linens, and high chair for children upon agreement. We are a family with pet allergies. Therefore, pets are not allowed in the house, even for short visits. For your information, building materials are stored behind the house. This does not prevent the use of the house or the garden. The space Two bedrooms with double beds Open-plan living room and kitchen well equipped kitchen Spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, drying rack outside and inside Terrace with wicker deck chairs/armchairs and small garden tables (6 chairs) The garden and terrace are shielded from view. The garden and terrace are south-facing with a nice view of the sea. Nice lawn for playing Please note: There is a playground with a gazebo and barbecue, ball pit, slide, swing, and sandpit in the residential development’s common area to the east. Short distance to the sea. Short drive to the beach. Guest access Two bedrooms bathroom laundry room living room and kitchen terrace garden Part of the house is locked for storage, and the same applies to the garage. The locked section is not used when the house is rented. Other things to note The garden and terrace are freely accessible and at the sole disposal of the renter during the rental period. We have very nice neighbors, and we would appreciate it if they were not disturbed unnecessarily. We kindly ask that the garden be kept quiet after 11:00 PM. We have a robotic lawn mower in the yard that can be dangerous for small children. The mower can be stopped, or alternatively run at night/after 11:00 PM, by agreement. Stopping the lawn mower or changing the mowing period is arranged and carried out via the app (by me).
