The space The apartment combines the charm of history with modern comforts: it is part of an ancient 17th-century building, completely renovated and seismically upgraded in 2005. The rooms are intimate, cozy, and ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers (up to 3 guests). The house is spread across 3 main rooms: • Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped to prepare breakfast or a dinner based on the fantastic typical products of the Marche region. • Bedroom and open space: Large and comfortable, equipped sleeping area with a double bed and an open space with a queen-size sofa bed and a desk for remote working. • Bathroom: Functional, private, and equipped with all the essential amenities. Guest access Access to the apartment is extremely convenient and stress-free. It is accessed directly from street level in Piazza Risorgimento through a common entrance on the ground floor. There are no steep stairs or significant architectural barriers, which makes the house ideal even for those traveling with heavy luggage, strollers, or pets.
