We have created for you a space where meticulous design meets nature, just a short drive from the center of the country. Whether you're looking for a family vacation, a vacation with friends who want to relax together, or an inspiring offsite location, brainstorming and a hackathon for your team – you've come to the right place. Here you will find a huge pool, a luxurious spa Jacuzzi, and endless spaces that will make you breathe deeply and forget about the routine. The space The villa was designed with every detail in mind, to give you the perfect balance between luxurious interior spaces and breathtaking outdoor spaces: The interior – elegant and comfortable: Accommodation and privacy: 4 spacious, well-lit and carefully designed bedrooms, with comfortable beds and quality linens, ensuring a relaxing night's sleep (luxurious accommodation for up to 8 guests). There is another cabin in the complex - "Michal's cabin", adjacent to the villa in which another couple/family with up to two children can be accommodated. Accommodation for large groups (area accommodation/together): Beyond the bedrooms, there are 22 more mattresses (comfortable and simple) available for you in the common area. This is a perfect and fun solution for groups, extended families who want to accommodate all the children together, or teams looking for a shared and easy accommodation solution. The villa – ​The villa is built on two spacious and illuminated floors. Although the space is open and connected by an internal staircase (without a separation door), the smart design of the house gives the feeling of two accommodation units, allowing maximum comfort and privacy for everyone: ​The top floor – the main living space and the master suite: ​Master Suite: A luxurious master bedroom with a private bathroom and direct exit to a huge balcony overlooking the entire green and pastoral landscape of the farm. ​Central Open Space: Spacious living room connected to a huge and fully equipped main kitchen. This is the beating heart of the villa, the perfect place for communal cooking, festive meals, and staff meetings. ​Additional room: A multi-purpose space that can be used as an additional bedroom, guest room, or quiet office for work. ​In addition: On this floor you will also find a guest toilet for your convenience. ​The lower floor – additional sleeping and leisure area: ​Bedrooms: 3 comfortable and stylish bedrooms (one of them is a standard safe room, providing quiet and security). ​Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms serving the bedrooms (one has a bathtub – great for families with children, and the other has a shower). ​Additional shared space: between the rooms are an intimate living room and an additional kitchen (also large and comfortable). This area is perfect for a second family staying with you, for children and youth who want their own space, or as a separate organizing corner. Work and leisure infrastructure: Fast and stable Wi-Fi, accessible outlets, and a space that allows you to work comfortably or project presentations. The exterior – a private paradise (the highlight!): Water and indulgence: A large private swimming pool (12 × 5 meters) surrounded by sun loungers, with an outdoor hot tub next to it that is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Nature and spaces: a huge yard and well-kept lawns immersed in a grove of yielding fruit trees. A perfect place for kids to run around, or for adults to grab a quiet corner with a book. Culinary and Experiences: Professional barbecue stand, large outdoor kitchen, shaded cheap corners, and a dedicated and magical bonfire area – perfect for sitting into the night under the sky. Next to the villa, there is a separate, private, beautifully designed, and fully equipped bungalow, with a living area of 60 square meters, which includes a sleeping area with a double bed, a work area, a kitchen, a dining area, a shower, and a pergola with direct access to a charming, nearby pool. The cabin is suitable for a romantic couple, a young family, or a company/retreat team that needs a break to rest or time for planning, etc. Guest access As our guests, you will enjoy full access to the villa itself, the luxurious pool, the Jacuzzi, and the beautiful central courtyard at your disposal. A little about our estate: The villa is located within a family estate, rural and green. Adjacent to the villa lives the charming owner, Michal, in her own private wooden cabin. We highly respect your privacy and make sure you have a peaceful and perfect vacation. However, it is important for us to note that the owner of the complex maintains the pool with love, and sometimes even swims in it – only by prior arrangement with you and at times that are convenient for you. Everything is always done sensitively, in full coordination with you and with complete respect for your space and vacation. Convenient parking is available for you right next to the property, and the check-in process is convenient and independent. We are always available for you by phone or messages for any questions, guidance, or requests! Other things to note Maintaining rural tranquility: Moshav Yanov is a quiet and family-oriented agricultural community. We ask our guests to respect the neighbors and the noise laws. The villa is perfect for team-building, hackathons, and enjoyable quality time, suitable for boutique parties (karaoke, speakers, or quiet music in the courtyard until 11:00 p.m. at the latest). Organizing for large groups: As mentioned, beyond the beds in the rooms, we have 22 mattresses for shared accommodation. If you plan to arrive in a large group (over 10 people) or organize a company/off-site event, please let us know in advance when booking. That way we can prepare in advance, prepare the space, and make sure you have the most comfortable stay possible. Child safety: The yard and pool are a paradise for children, but the responsibility for supervising the little ones in the water environment, the Jacuzzi, and the fireplace is solely on the parents. Nature is nature: the villa is surrounded by orchards, fruit trees and green spaces. Therefore, you may encounter an insect or two, and it is highly recommended to equip yourself with a mosquito repellent for sitting outside in the evenings. Barbecue and fire pit: In the yard you will find a neat barbecue stand and a special area for the fire pit. You are welcome to bring with you coals, wood for the fire and fuel and enjoy a perfect experience outside. Guardians of tradition: We will be happy to provide you with a Shabbat platter and a hot pot in advance, and there is an active synagogue within a short walking distance in the moshav.
