Our maisonette is located by the sea, in the Toroni beach of Chalkidiki. You need just one minute on foot in order to arrive in the crystal-clear and award-winning with the Blue flag, for many years in a row, Toroni beach. The amazing turquoise waters of the Toroni beach are the cleanest not only in Greece but also worldwide. The space The maisonette is fully equipped with complete domestic and electrical appliances. You have the opportunity to enjoy carefree moments of relaxation in the spacious private garden. The residence is ideal for families, groups of friends and couples that search for the calmness and the relaxation of an autonomous and independent place by the sea. The maisonette is luxurious, autonomous, with a view of the sea. It consists of 2 levels, the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor is 50 m 2 and includes the living room, kitchen with dining area, wc, fire place, internal staircase that allows you the access in the first floor and the garden which is for private use. The first floor is 35 m2 and two rooms are included (bedroom and children's room), one bathroom and two spacious balconies (front-back). The maisonette can host up to 7 people. In the first room (bedroom) there is a double bed that fits two adults. In the second room there is one bunk bed of three single beds that can fit 3 adults. In the living room, besides the rest of the furniture, there is a corner sofa that can transform into a double bed that fits 2 adults. Registration details 00003646412
