The cottage is located in Old Cove, a traditional fishing village nestled in a natural harbour within the city of Aberdeen and 5 minutes walking distance to the sea. You can experience beautiful coastal walks, stunning scenery and dramatic cliffs. The city centre is only a 10 min drive away, there is also a bus connection available. Great amenities nearby (the local restaurant and Pub is only a 2 minute walk away). The space A well equipped dining kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave/oven, hob, washing machine and beautiful patio doors leading out to the garden. The living room features a stunning fireplace, quality furniture and a smart tv. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with a comfortable mattress and a smart tv. The stairs lead up to the second bedroom and snug in the attic space which has a small double bed and sofa bed. The snug is equipped with a smart tv and a sofa which can be transformed into another double bed for additional guests staying. ( 1 adult or 2 children) Other things to note The cottage might not be suitable for small children, senior citizens or those with mobility issues due to the steep staircase. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please note. Other than the main bedroom located on the ground floor, there is an additional bedroom in the attic space with very limited headroom. This area has been converted and forms part of what would have been the original loft space in the cottage. Access if via a steep stair case and open hatch. We discourage young children, infants and elderly guests from sleeping in this area. And recommend they use the bedroom located on the ground floor. Sleeping Arrangements: For groups of 4 or fewer, the sofa bed is not made up unless specifically requested in advance.
