There is a shared shed to the rear of the property for secure bike storage or wet gear. We will allow up to two dogs (NOT IN BEDROOMS), additional charge of £35/dog/visit paid on arrival. No Cats. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house including the kitchen, dining room, living room,games room(kids must be supervised) and enclosed garden. There is a shared car park to the rear of house. There is an additional, sheltered, bbq garden area shared with our other self catering properties. Other things to note The neighbouring old farm steading and adjacent field cannot be accessed by guests due to health and safety policy. The enclosed back garden provides a safe place for children to play. As a courtesy to the other guests and neighbouring residential properties, we request that guests keep noise to a minimum.
