The unit is fully self-contained, located below a private residential house with a quiet and friendly non-smoking owner and her son. They don’t have pets but are happy to welcome yours (on application within guidelines). The unit has a small step in at the front entry and private fenced yard at the rear with a clothesline for your use. We have a picnic basket and blanket ready to go and an umbrella should you need it. There's also games, cards, a jigsaw and books if you want to relax indoors. I have a portable firepit and camp chairs should you wish to use them. I can also probably loan you a fishing rod or bike to make the most of the area. There are e-scooters and e-bikes for hire locally. Check in anytime after 3pm by accessing key safe. Earlier check in or later check out may be available upon request. Guests will have full use of spa and rear yard during their stay. No undercover parking provided but plenty of grassed area for parking at front of property or street parking on side street. Guests have a small step up at entry, then unit is polished wood floors and tiles in wet area and carpeted bedroom. Shower has no step in. Rear Patio is slightly recessed from living area and another step down into grassed yard. Guests can also access the unit through gates on the side street. Other things to note The owner is on site most days and happy to help with any local tourist information. Please reach out if there's anything you need to enhance your stay. The queen bed will be made up. Please advise if you require the couch to be made up as second Queen Bed or we can provide a single mattress in the study area if required. You must request extra bedding if required so it can be made up for you. Children and pets are welcome however, this is a quiet neighbourhood and we ask that you manage any excessive noise from your smaller guests. Pets are not to be allowed in carpeted bedroom. If your pet can't be kept off lounge or is left inside unattended please close bedroom door and ask for throw rug to cover upholstery. Please clean up after your pet and use specific bin provided. There is a bar fridge in unit (no freezer). If you want to buy ice for drinks etc I have an esky I can provide you and a freezer in garage with some extra room if required. Spa rules need to be observed. Entering water clean and free of make-up and sunscreen will preserve your spa water. Chemicals are left with instructions on dosing after use. Only acrylic drinkware provided, plastic and aluminum drink containers should be taken into spa area. No food or glass is permitted. Any misuse causing spa to need draining will be charged to guest as service and filling fee. Security cameras are installed at the front and rear for our safety and yours.
