With all three bedrooms located upstairs, this light-filled home offers a comfortable layout, thoughtful amenities and easy indoor–outdoor living, all within a peaceful bayside setting. Inside, the home is designed for year-round comfort with heating and cooling in every bedroom. The living spaces are inviting and well appointed, with two Smart TVs for easy downtime and a practical layout that suits both families and friends. Upstairs you’ll find the main bathroom servicing the bedrooms, while a convenient powder room downstairs adds extra functionality for group stays. Step outside to enjoy the BBQ area, ideal for casual meals after a day exploring the bay. Driveway parking is available for guests (please note the garage is not available for guest use), making coming and going simple and stress-free. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours.
