The space The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a private kitchen with a dining area, a living room with TV, and 1 bathroom. The space is comfortable, modern, and suitable for families or small groups. Other things to note Our homestay is Self-service system, please close all doors in the room carefully when going to bed or leaving the room. Please turn off all electrical appliances such as air conditioners, lights, fans... when you leave home. Please take care of all valuable assets as we will not be responsible for any loss incurred. We will support you with CCTV footage to find your loss, if any. PERSONAL DOCUMENTS Due to request of the local authority to register your stay to the district's data base, we are force to ask you for the following: For foreign guests: Please present valid passport and visa For Vietnamese guests: please present your identity card or equivalent legal documents NOISE OFF Making noise affecting other staying guests, organizing parties or causing any disorder will be required to leave the homestay without refund SAFE SECURITY - The following activities are prohibited in the Homestay area: gambling, prostitution, using drugs (including smiley balls) and incendiary substances which are prohibited under the provisions of Vietnamese law - Not allowed to gather more than the number of people registered with us. REPARATION FOR DAMAGE You will have to compensate if causing loss, damage, loss of property and equipment of the Homestay. The amount of the fine will be charged DOUBLE the market price of the new product of the same type.
