The welcoming living room provides a perfect space to unwind, complete with comfortable seating and a Smart TV for streaming your favourite shows after a busy day. The family bathroom includes both a bath and separate shower, offering convenience and flexibility for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine, making longer stays even easier and more convenient. Outside, a spacious private garden offers a peaceful spot to enjoy fresh air and quiet moments, adding to the sense of space and relaxation this home provides. Thoughtfully designed throughout, this property combines comfort, practicality, and generous living space—an ideal base whether you're here for work or leisure. Guest access Guests can use the entire property, access for the property is via a key safe box which will be given just prior to the standard check in time. Other things to note For stays exceeding 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service ensures the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. An additional cleaning fee will apply for this service, which covers general cleaning, fresh linen, and towel replacement. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time for the mid-stay clean. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly. Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog per stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend and kindly ensure they are supervised and that any pet waste is disposed of appropriately.
