Sleeping 16 across seven bedrooms, it is great for hen parties, birthday parties, anniversaries and all kinds of gatherings. Drystone Manor offers amazing spaces inside and out, with a contemporary interior and plenty of outdoor entertainment facilities in times of good weather. The dining table seats 16. And, if you want to switch off and take a rest from cooking, the highly rated chefs at Dineindulge can prepare a celebratory meal in your kitchen (clearing away included!). Alternatively, there are two great pubs nearby offering meals at excellent value. For indoor entertainment, there is a games room with full size pool table plus a lounge/cinema room with a 75″ TV plus soundbar. And for a more intimate group, there is a cosy snug room with TV. Drystone Manor sleeps 16 across seven bedrooms; one on the ground floor, four on the first floor and two on the second floor. There are four en suite shower rooms, including an impressive walk through wet room in the Master bedroom, an en suite bathroom and a separate cloakroom. Time your visit right and you could enjoy the annual May Day celebrations on Iron Acton Green or even a night at the proms in Iron Acton Meadows. The historic Acton Court, built to impress Henry VIII, is close-by and open to visitors for tours and special events. The property is close to three market towns - Chipping Sodbury, Thornbury and Wotton-Under-Edge, offering a host of cafes, country pubs and supermarkets. Drystone Manor is a ten minute drive from Bristol city centre and we can arrange a minibus service in and out of the city at an additional charge at very reasonable rates. The property is also perfectly positioned for Bath, Cheltenham, Tetbury, Cirencester, Castle Combe, well known for its car racing track, and the world famous Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. Dyrham Park ancient parkland and mansion, the quaint National Trust village of Lacock, used in the filming of the BBC serial Cranford, Malmesbury, with its 12th century Benedictine Abbey, The Cotswold Water Park, Westonbirt Arboretum and the Forest of Dean all make a lovely day out. Drystone Manor benefits from easy access, being within convenient reach of both the M4 and M5 motorways. Smoking is not allowed inside any of our properties Suitable for hen parties, male only parties, holidays, mixed groups and corporate events - the minimum age to rent is 30 Due to Health and Safety reasons, please ensure children under the age of fourteen do not use the hot tub. Please read our full instruction thoroughly prior to any of your party using the hot tub. Please supervise children outside as there is a large pond. Minimum stay two nights Check in after 4pm, check out by 10am A £1000 security deposit is required and released within a week should there be no claims against it There are neighbours so we operate a good neighbour policy. By staying here, you have agreed to adhere to the policy as follows: It must be quiet outside from 10pm; silent outside from 11pm. No screaming, shouting & anti-social behaviour in the gardens at any time No loudspeakers in the garden or PA systems in the house Internet access is offered at this property for recreational purposes only and is not meant for business use. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourselves. Beds will be made up with linen, and towels, toiletries and logs are provided. You need to bring your own towels for the hot tub. Due to our insurance policy, we are required to ask for the approximate ages of all guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from groups where all members are under the age of 28, or from single-sex male groups. Guests will have complete privacy and exclusive use of the cottage for the duration of their stay. A refundable security deposit of up to £1500.00 depending on make up of group. This must be paid separately 7 days prior to arrival and will be returned within up to 72 hours after departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
