Set in 9 acres of stunning grounds and woodland of Stoke House, the home of Trinity College, this spacious property offers 5 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms and a large, open plan living and dining area. It has gardens front and rear and feels secluded, set within the trees. This fabulous property is located just off the Downs in Stoke Bishop and is a perfect place to explore Bristol and to gather as a large family, or group of friends, with plenty of free parking. The space The house offers 5 bedrooms, 1 large bedroom downstairs with 3 single beds, 3 large doubles upstairs, a smaller 5th bedroom with bunk beds. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one a large shower room and the other with a bath and overhead shower. There is a WC downstairs, next to the bedroom. The house offers a utility room with washer and dryer. All rooms have adequate space for a travel cot, should you wish to bring one. The property benefits from enclosed front and rear gardens, and a long drive for private parking. There is also an extensive car park next to the property which can be used if overflow is required. Guest access Guests have access to all internal rooms in the property. There is no access to the garage. With regard to the grounds, Trinity College is a working college during term time, we would therefore ask that, during the week, you do not roam around the site. You are very welcome to use the front lawn area at weekends. Please be mindful that there are student residential areas around site and access is not permitted. Please ensure children are accompanied and supervised when walking around the college grounds, outside the immediate perimeter of the Airbnb property. Other things to note The house is accessed using the key safe outside the house. The code will be provided shortly before your stay. The dining area is set for 8, but there are 4 additional chairs and place settings for 12. For weekend departures, including bank holidays, you may depart at your leisure. Departures on weekdays are by 10am. You can request a later check out at a fee of £25 per extra hour.
