The house is located in a small village called Vecciano, a rural hamlet of a few houses perched on a promontory overlooking Mount Cetona. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, CASA VECCIANO has been designed to welcome guests who want to experience the true essence of Tuscany. The space The house consists of 2 bedrooms and an attic with a very comfortable French sofa bed. It has two bathrooms complete with bidet and shower , a beautiful living room with dining area and a large kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils. Independent heating and equipped with mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning. TV on each room, reading area. Equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine (for a fee), and everything you need for ironing for slightly longer stays. With an independent entrance, it has in front a small garden with garden furniture and umbrella for breakfast or alfresco lunch with breathtaking views of Monte Cetona. Located in a small agglomeration of houses called Vecciano, far from the village of Piazze, a hamlet of Cetona , about 1 km ( a beautiful walk in the Tuscan countryside) where all commercial activities and services are located. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside among olive groves and vineyards with very little time you can reach the most evocative places and cities in the center of Italy. SIENA, PERUGIA, FLORENCE, ROME IN addition to the beautiful villages of Montepulciano, Pienza and Val'orcia, Montalcino, Sarteano, Cetona, Citta' della Pieve, Orvieto and San Casciano dei Bagni, Castiglione del Lago, home to the famous Fonteverde spa thermal baths, a 5-star thermal complex with which our structure has an agreement for all our guests with discounts on entrances and treatments. At check-in, the ACCOMMODATION TAX of €2 per person per night must be paid for a maximum of 14 nights. Guest access Guests will have free parking at their disposal on private property in front of the house, with a canopy. Access with keys and the option to pick up the keys with a small safe to use for storing them at the end of your stay. Other things to note A very cozy house, cool in summer and warm in winter.
