The space A quiet apartment furnished in a mountain style, functional and cozy, ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. Another identical apartment is available in the same building. It is an ideal solution for two families or groups of friends who wish to stay close to each other while keeping their own privacy. It is located on the first floor without an elevator (second floor relative to the parking level). Perfect for couples, families, and sports enthusiasts, it includes a private storage room for skis, bicycles, or other equipment. The apartment is part of a peaceful complex with a large shared lawn. Thanks to its favorable exposure, the rooms are bright in the morning and pleasant throughout the day. The use of a car is recommended to get around easily and explore the beauty of the surrounding area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, the private balcony, and the storage room. A large shared green area is also available, ideal for relaxing moments or for children to play. Other things to note The apartment is located within a condominium complex; therefore, we kindly ask for the utmost respect for the common areas and the private property within the complex. Pets are allowed. Animals must be kept on a leash in common areas, and waste must always be collected. It is mandatory to use only the parking space assigned to the accommodation. The designated parking space is suitable for standard cars. Vans, small trucks, campers, or large vehicles are not allowed to park within the condominium areas. Any oversized vehicles must be parked in the public parking spaces available at the end of the road, near the stop sign on the regional road. Please do not occupy parking spaces reserved for other residents. Waste sorting must be carried out according to the instructions available in the apartment. Rubbish must be disposed of exclusively in the designated bins (not in the common area bins or elsewhere within the complex).
