Free private parking and common outdoor area to enjoy the calm. The space The apartment (about 60 m²) is a duplex designed to make you feel immediately good. From the entrance, you will discover a beautiful open living room: the kitchen, the dining room and the living room meet in a friendly space where you can cook, chat, and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped to live “like at home”: oven, hob, large refrigerator, hood, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and the little touch of pleasure in the morning with the Dolce Gusto. The dining area easily accommodates 4 people, and the living room invites you to relax with a particularly comfortable sofa bed: a real bed, with mattress and bed base, for nights that feel like real nights. The TV offers Luxembourg channels, and if you like your series, you can access Netflix, Prime Video and other platforms… simply by logging in with your own accounts. On the ground floor, a separate toilet with sink adds real comfort to everyday life. Upstairs, there's room for sweetness: a large bright bedroom with storage, a queen size bed, and an en-suite bathroom that perfectly complements the space, with bathtub, vanity unit and toilet. A floor designed like a bubble, conducive to rest after a busy day. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment, just for you. Parking is free on site, thanks to the private parking spaces within the farm: simple, practical, and reassuring. You can also enjoy the common outdoor space, equipped with dining areas, to share with the other apartments of the farm, perfect for getting some air, reading a few pages or extending a summer dinner. Other things to note A shared laundry room is available in the building, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer: very convenient for multi-day stays or returns from walks. Since the apartment is a duplex, it has an internal staircase to access the bedroom.
