On the second floor is the kitchen, complete with all the necessary utensils: refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, bread maker, blender, mixer, processor, coffee maker, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Next to the kitchen is the dining room with a beautiful rustic wooden table for 12 people, a table for 8 people and a side table for 6 people. On this same floor is the TV room with a DVD player and cable TV. The room has two comfortable sofas and two armchairs that can accommodate more than ten people for a movie session. Right next door is the cozy fireplace room, with a sofa and four armchairs, ideal for enjoying a cold night. The pool has a heating system with solar panels, however the water temperature will depend on the prevailing sunshine at the time. The barbecue area is spacious and excellent for events. In addition to the large barbecue grill that supports up to three grills, it also has a wood-burning oven for pizza, a support refrigerator, a stove and a horizontal freezer. Ample open space filled with native and fruit trees (lemon, orange, lychee, blackberry, avocado, jabuticaba, banana and tangerine). There is also a nursery with several pairs of canaries who love to sing. The yard has a kennel with 3 separate stalls to accommodate your medium-sized dog. It is worth mentioning that the house is located near the lake in the condominium, a great place to take the kids to feed the ducks and geese. Right next door is a playground that will also be very well enjoyed by the kids. The condominium also has tennis courts and a clubhouse with a restaurant, a good option for meals. The condominium is located on the edge of the road towards Ibiúna, which makes access very easy. For those coming from São Paulo, the trip takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
