Lakeside cottage with guest house at the end of the road

This cozy cottage is beautifully located 100 meters down to the jetty, in a quiet little cottage area with a few year-round homes. The garden is spacious with plenty of room for play and games; there are simple small soccer goals, for example. It is a peaceful place where it is easy to relax, close to nature, and there is a small, simple rowboat, a SUP, and an inflatable kayak (for 2 people). Bed linens are not included. The guest cleans before check-out. The space The main house consists of two small bedrooms, with a bunk bed in each room + a small crib in one of the rooms. There is also a sleeping loft with 4 beds. Open floor plan with open up to ridge, with small simple kitchen, kitchen table 4-8 seats, and open room with two "sofa with table" seats. (of which one of the sofas is a sofa bed 140 cm wide in bed dimensions). There is a small toilet in the main house, a shower is in the guest house, where there are also two "family bunk beds", i.e. the lower bed is 120 cm wide and the upper bed is 80 cm wide. There is also a small storage space in the main cottage, with a half extra fridge and space for dry goods, etc. Access to a simple rowing boat, a paddle board, an inflatable kayak (2 people), life jackets in different sizes, and two barbecue grills. The lake is close, 100 meters down the hill, with a long jetty. If you want to swim at a sandy beach, there is a small public swimming area within a 15-minute walking distance. Guest access Large living room, guest house and playhouse Other things to note There is a small extra freezer in the guest house, it is only available by agreement, we may have food left in it. The cottage is left well cleaned. Guests who want to rent the whole week or more, Sunday-Sunday, will be prioritized!
