A very unique self contained lodge with a view of the Berwyn mountains in the village of Llangynog situated in the stunning Tanat Valley. You will find peace and tranquility in luxury surroundings with a log burner, a very comfortable bedroom, modern kitchen and bathroom. Sit on the balcony and take in the spectacular scenery. We offer a little bit of luxury in a rural setting. We have taken everything we have loved from places we have stayed and made sure that you have the same. The space The loft has one bedroom with a very comfortable full size double bed, dressing table or work station, window that opens onto the stunning view. A separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge / freezer, cooker, hob, air fryer and kitchen utensils. A beautiful lounge with doors that open onto a balcony, a log burner, two sofas to relax on whilst watching the digital TV with a good selection of channels. A double sofa bed has been added to accommodate children or additional adult guests. Guest access The lodge is separate to our home and self contained. Access will be arranged separately with you. You can park right outside the couple of stone steps that lead to the lodge or park in front of the gates. You can see the access in the photo gallery. Please get in touch if you wish to check specific access needs. The property is located on a public track that heads up to the mountain above our home. You can jump out of bed and be on top of a mountain in less than 5 minutes and the view is breathtaking in every season. Look out for the red kites that live in the valley and the many birds and wildlife. Other things to note Llangynog is only 10 mins away from Llanrhaeadr where you will find the famous waterfall, one of the Wonders of Wales. There is a bike park in the village and an extreme motorcycling experience, many walks and hikes. Lake Vyrnwy and Bala are close by offering sailing, cold water dipping, paddle boarding etc. The historic towns of Oswestry, Llangollen, Welshpool, Shrewsbury and Chester are all within 45 mins. Get lost in the stunning architecture and beauty of these places. Whatever you fancy doing whilst you are staying with us, please ask and we will do out best to accommodate.
