The space The property is located freely and undisturbed by the river Surna, without neighbors – here you get peace, privacy and nature very close. A road runs right below the property, but this is no longer a main road and has very little traffic. The area offers great views of the mountains and good hiking opportunities right outside the door, while there is a short distance to the city center and necessary services. The house has an exciting history and the room previously housed a furniture factory. The oldest part is a timber construction from about 1910, which still leaves its mark on the atmosphere in the home. This also means that the house has some charm from another time – with some unevenness in the floors and walls, as well as some rooms with lower ceiling height.
