Castillo Moro is located on Tenerife’s sunny southern coast, where the sun shines on most days of the year. Castillo Moro, the Moorish castle, is truly one of a kind, full of charm and oriental-inspired character. You’ll find eleven lovingly designed bedrooms, each with its own name and unique personality. Among the many special highlights is the beautiful treehouse room, where a magnificent decades-old eucalyptus tree grows right through the bedroom, creating a unique connection with nature. You’ll also find a massage room, four fully equipped kitchens, seven bathrooms, and the true heart of Castillo Moro: our spacious, light-filled Samadhi seminar and activity room. It is full equiped with with yoga mats, meditation cushions, sound and lighting equipment, a flipchart, projector, mirrors, mattresses and chairs, providing the perfect setting for retreats, seminars, workshops, yoga, meditation, dance and group activities. Another special highlight is the spacious Moroccan-style lounge with an open fireplace, a private bar and a large dining table - a welcoming place that invites you to share meals, connect with one another and relax. Several sunny terraces and the expansive palm garden with exotic flowers, majestic palm trees and touching views of the Atlantic Ocean make Castillo Moro a place you‘ll want to return to again and again. Tenerife South Airport is just a 30-minute drive away, while Tenerife North Airport can be reached in around 25 minutes. The island’s vibrant capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, is just around the corner, offering charming streets, excellent shopping, outstanding restaurants, cultural events and concerts. The beautiful black lava-sand beach, Playa La Nea, is only a 10-minute drive away and can also be reached on foot. During your stay, there will be no other guests or outside visitors in the house, allowing your group to enjoy complete privacy and the entire villa all to yourselves Other things to note Important information for a relaxed stay Rental car recommended In order to be able to explore Tenerife and its diversity flexibly, we recommend that you rent a car. Alternatively, public bus connections are also available. Pets Your animal companions are also welcome by prior arrangement. Cleaning service If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we are happy to organize this for €15 per hour. Laundry room So that you feel completely comfortable even during a longer stay, our laundry room is at your disposal. Using the washing machine costs €5 per wash cycle. Detergent as well as an iron and ironing board are of course available. Catering If you wish, you can book catering through our catering partner. Fresh, high-quality meals await you, preferably made from regional ingredients. Breakfast: €20 per person per day (including non-alcoholic drinks) Half board: €50 per person per day (including non-alcoholic drinks) Full board: €65 per person per day (including non-alcoholic drinks) If you would prefer to travel with your own chef, you can also book our fully equipped catering kitchen (kitchen number 4 in the photo gallery) for €70 per day. Parking There are plenty of free parking spaces available directly at the house - even for larger vehicles or vans. WiFi You will receive the access data for the fast WiFi when you arrive. Check-in & check-out Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. and check-out until 10:00 a.m. Depending on availability, individual times are also possible by prior arrangement.
