The space Our apartment was completed at the end of 2012 and is fitted to a very high quality and tastefully. As we like to travel ourselves and often, we tried to make all the negative experiences we had to have to do better in our apartment. It is a basement apartment facing south, which is why half of the day the sun shines in. For a good night's sleep, each of the 4 windows is equipped with an electric shutter. The vacation rental is nestled in our single-family house and has its own entrance. They are completely independent and can come and go whenever they want. We are a non-smoking household and so is our apartment. For a homely climate, the underfloor heating in all the apartment. There are dishes and cutlery for 6 people, although we can only offer 4 sleeping options. Our fresh and noble apartment is located 400m walk from the S-Bahn station Hoppegarten. The S-Bahn train towards Berlin runs all day every 10 minutes, which is why it is the optimal transport for day trips to the capital. If you travel by car, there is a parking space with a remote, electric gate available on our property (not covered). Notes: 2 sleeping places are in the cozy sleeping area (dimensions of the bed: 200x180). Attention: This space is visually (by a sliding curtain) separate from the living area, but not acoustically. So if you want to put your child to bed early and then watch TV loudly, you should take this into account. 2 other sleeping arrangements result from pulling out the TV couch (dimensions of the bed: 200x140).
