The space Our cozy space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a queen-size bed a single bed and single floor mattress, making it perfect for families, friends, or small groups. It’s an ideal staycation spot with resort-like amenities, including large pools, a child-friendly playground, a scenic roof deck, and more for your relaxation and enjoyment. The building is highly convenient, with a café on the ground floor, a convenience store at B1, nearby ATMs, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants and fast-food options for late-night cravings. For pool use, a fee of ₱200 per person applies. The pool is available to guests Monday–Wednesday and Friday, closed for cleaning on Thursday, and reserved for residents on weekends and holidays. The gym is accessible for ₱50 per use, but bookings must be made in advance through the building admin. Our kitchen allows light cooking, and for parking, we offer paid parking inside the building as well as free street parking nearby (at guests’ own risk).
