Located in the shopping street next to Gamo 4-chome Station, this home offers unbeatable convenience for dining and shopping. Just a 4-minute walk to the subway, 5 minutes to Osaka Castle Park, and 15 minutes to Shinsaibashi. The house accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Although it's in the heart of the shopping street, the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet at night, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay after a day of exploring Osaka. The space The entrance is on the first floor, while the living area is located on the second and third floors, offering approximately 65 m² of comfortable space for up to 6 guests—perfect for families or groups of friends. The second floor features a bright dining and kitchen area with a table for 6 guests and everything you need for simple cooking. This floor also includes one double bedroom, a TV, a separate shower room and washbasin, a washing machine, and one toilet. The third floor is a spacious bedroom that accommodates up to 4 guests. It also features a private toilet, sofa, TV, and walk-in closet, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. For your comfort throughout the year, every room is equipped with its own heating and air-conditioning unit. Guest access Except for one storage closet reserved for staff, you will have exclusive access to the entire house. No areas are shared with other guests. Other things to note Please strictly adhere to the check-in and check-out times. Please keep quiet after 10:00 p.m. Luggage cannot be shipped to the property in advance. Each guest will be provided with one set of toiletries per stay (1 bath towel, 1 face towel, 1 toothbrush, and 1 toothpaste) Each bed is provided with: 2 pillows (1 pillow for single beds), 1 sheet, 1 comforter, and 1 duvet cover. No linen change service is provided during the stay. Room cleaning service is not available during the stay. No food or seasonings are provided. Tap water is generally drinkable, but we cannot guarantee the water quality. Please remove your shoes before entering the room. Indoor slippers are provided.Please carefully read and follow the garbage disposal rules (posted in the guest guide and inside the facility).Small animals such as cats, raccoons, weasels, crows, and pigeons may appear near the property. Do not feed or harm them—both actions are illegal. Leaving large items (such as suitcases or strollers) in the room upon checkout will incur an additional fee. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and hookah, using open flames, or burning incense inside the room or on the balcony is prohibited. Violations will result in additional charges. Loss or unauthorized removal of the key will incur additional fees. Moving furniture without permission will incur additional fees. Any damage, staining, or loss of property items will incur additional fees. Making noise after 10:00 p.m. that leads to verified complaints will result in additional charges and may be reported to the police depending on the situation. Any behavior that violates Japanese law may be reported to the police. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper into the toilet. Additional fees will apply for violations. Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors.If any property items are taken without permission, we will seek compensation and may report the incident to the police.
