The ecological house at Cap Fréhel

Located 900m from the beaches between Cap Fréhel and the Château du Fort la Latte, our holiday home enjoys a pleasant location for a stay discovering the Emerald Coast. Between the countryside and the sea, you will enjoy hiking on the Gr34, various activities will be available to you (fishing, golf, hiking, beach, etc.) This house was built in 2016 with the aim of building ecologically by choosing natural materials. It is a wooden frame that carries this house, isolated in bales of straw whose walls are covered with clay plaster or panels made of ecological materials. Thanks to its southern exposure, you can enjoy the large garden and your children outdoor games. Inside, 2 large bedrooms, one for the parental couple with a 160cm bed and the other a bedroom for 3 children. All bedding was purchased in 2019. A cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge / freezer, dishes available. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
