The circuit breaker may trip. If the power goes out, please restore it by switching all breaker levers to the ON position on the breaker panel located above the entrance door. ▶ Communication • Please install the Airbnb app and turn notifications ON. • All communication will be handled through Airbnb messages only. If timing allows, the manager may greet you in person. After verification of: • Passport details (non-Japanese guests), or • Name and address (residents of Japan) We will provide the key box code. Please retrieve the key from the key box to enter the house. ▶ Check-in Time 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM This is a quiet residential area. Please avoid check-in after 9:00 PM. If your arrival will be later due to flight schedules, please contact us in advance. ▶ House Manual Please read the house manual provided inside the property after check-in. ▶ Security Camera An outdoor security camera is installed to the left of the entrance door. ▶ Maintenance Staff may enter the property for maintenance or emergencies, with prior notice whenever possible. ▶ Check-out Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Cleaning staff will arrive around 10:10 AM. Late check-out may result in an additional one-night charge. ▶ Garbage Disposal If the indoor trash becomes full, please: • Tie the bag securely • Dispose of it in the trash bin located to the left outside the entrance Extra trash bags are provided for your convenience. ▶ For Long-term Stays Extra towels, linen changes, and cleaning are available for an additional fee. ▶ Bedding Usage Please use bedding only for the number of guests in your reservation. Extra usage will incur additional charges. ▶ About the House This is a traditional older Japanese house. Guests expecting hotel-level facilities or a new building may find it unsuitable. ▶ Exchange Rates We cannot respond to inquiries regarding exchange rate fluctuations or re-bookings. ▶ Lost & Found Lost items can be shipped cash on delivery only. Other things to note Important notes This is a traditional Japanese house, and as such: • The house may feel cooler in winter • You may notice natural airflow through small gaps in the structure Heaters and warm bedding are provided. Guests who prefer modern, fully insulated buildings may find this house less suitable.
