Loft in Dachau

The loft is located in Dachau-Süd, close to the city park and the ASV sports facility. Shops, train station and city center are within walking distance. It is a residential unit with a private entrance, which was newly built during the modernization of the roof in 2019. Characteristic features include an open room design with high walls, bright rooms and a spiral staircase that forms the access from the outside. During your booking, only you have access to the apartment. The space The furnishings are of high quality and modern, but still cozy. A comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) with very high quality mattresses ensures good sleep. There are also 2 comfortable armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs and a small work corner consisting of a desk, chair, lamp, as well as Wi-Fi and an additional LAN connection for laptops & Co. Clothes, suitcases, etc. can be stored in a small separate room. There is also everything you need for ironing, a large mirror and a vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove with oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, milk frother, espresso machine, toaster and blender. Dishes and everything you need for cooking and baking is available, including a basic set of spices. The bathroom is modernly tiled and has a spacious shower, sink and toilet. In the drawer cabinet under the sink you will find a hairdryer and a first aid kit for small emergencies. A covered and wind-protected balcony with table and two chairs invites you to linger in fine weather. All windows can be darkened with electric shutters and also ensure a pleasantly cool indoor climate in summer. If you travel by car, there is a free parking space in front of the house. Guest access The spiral staircase leads to the second floor and is therefore not recommended for people with physical disabilities and small children. For a flexible check-in, the key is provided via a key box. The Regional Bahn (RB) from Munich Central Station to Dachau Station is only one stop and takes about 12 minutes. CLOSEST SHOPPING • EDEKA on Münchner Straße, about 850 m / 10 minutes' walk, • Naturkostinsel (organic shop) on Münchner Straße, about 750 m / 9 minutes' walk CLEANING DUE TO CORONAVIRUS Due to the coronavirus, we're taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We already changed, washed and disinfected the bed linen and shower curtain after each visit before the coronavirus (with appropriate detergents). In addition, it is thoroughly ventilated between individual visits in order to minimize the risk of contaminated aerosols.
