The space BEDROOM: The main bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both are dressed with professionally cleaned and pressed linens and provide ample wardrobe space for your belongings. BATHROOM: The ensuite bathroom includes a shower and toilet, while the second bathroom features a shower, toilet, and bathtub. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - oven - crockery and cutlery - microwave - toaster - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room features a SONY 49" Smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. The Laundry area is located in the second bathroom. PARKING: The property includes onsite parking with 2 dedicated car spaces, and a free 2-hour street parking on Eyre Street and Painters Way Street. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the common garden located on level 1. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
