Small efficiency with kitchenette & small stand-up shower in the bathroom. Double bed. Desk space. Washer & dryer. Located in a wooded area. Off the beaten path, but still close to everything. Our apartments are designed for professionals such as travel nurses, technicians, PAs, contract workers, etc. Monthly discounts applied automatically when you enter your dates. No extra guests, pets (including service animals due to allergy), smoking, vaping, weed or parties. Only for 1 guest & 1 vehicle. The space The entrance to the apartment house is located down a gravel driveway and can be challenging for some. Please read the detailed directions. GPS can put you past the driveway. Designed for 1 guest looking for a cheaper option than an extended stay hotel. Convenient and safe location. Guest access Guest has access to the apartment. Other things to note You could hear noise, this is an apartment house. Some guests find the driveway difficult to find. We have detailed directions online. The TV is a smart TV (Roku) with Netflix and Hulu Live TV. We don’t have cable. But you can use your own accounts too. Our apartments are rented for a minimum of 30 days. We don’t offer refunds or prorate for early cancellation. We ozone, disinfectant, wash all linens between guests. We don't use bedspreads, only duvet covers with shams and they are washed between guests. If you have any problems, please text us.
