The villa is set within a lush, fully fenced private park of approximately 350 sqm, enhanced by a well-kept lawn, ancient vines, and centuries-old olive trees that evoke a magical, timeless atmosphere. Within the park, surrounded by a vegetable garden rich in typical local produce, guests can enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners on the beautiful covered terrace, equipped with a dining table and barbecue – an ideal space for convivial moments in the open air, surrounded by relaxation and classic Tuscan views. The true jewel of the property is its 35 sqm private swimming pool, featuring an elegant trapezoidal design beautifully set within the garden. Open from May through the end of October, the pool includes a relaxing hydromassage area and offers varying depths, from 90 cm in the hydromassage section to 1.5 m at its deepest point. It is surrounded by comfortable bean bags, sun loungers, and deck chairs, and is complemented by an outdoor shower and bar service available to guests. The pool area is enhanced by a stunning aquarium that doubles as an elegant bar counter, ideal for enjoying breakfast and aperitifs poolside, while ornamental palm trees surround the space with a refined, exclusive, and exotic atmosphere. The property is composed of 3 exclusive designer suites: two located in the penthouse and one on the ground floor. Each suite has its own private entrance and is easily accessible both via internal stairs and by elevator, which directly connects to the covered parking area in the basement level. All spaces are equipped with air conditioning and Internet Wifi. Pets are allowed only upon request. - Suite 1: the first suite, located on the ground floor, offers refined and elegant interiors designed to ensure comfort and practicality. It consists of 1 stylish double bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower (no bidet), a welcoming living area furnished with a sofa and tv, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for enjoying a stay in complete independence. - Suite 2: this is the largest and most sophisticated unit in the villa, situated in the penthouse. It features 2 elegant double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (with shower). The suite boasts a bright and inviting open-plan living area with sofa, fireplace, and tv, opening onto wraparound terraces.
