The space Guests have expansive space to enjoy, with many features at the property. All bedrooms have new beds, bedding and carpet floors. Bedrooms have built in robes with shelf and hanging space, luggage rack provided. Windows have venetian blinds and insect screens. Guests have full access to private three-way bathroom (vanity with 'hollywood lights' mirror over wash basin, toilet with door, shower and bath with door). The property enjoys cooling breezes, has ducted Air Con to each room and new ceiling fans. Privacy is paramount and there is also the opportunity to socialise and converse with your host. Indoor and outdoor dining areas plus a separate entertainment room to relax with a movie or book. In summer the pool provides a welcome refresh. Guest access Access to the accommodation area is via the right hand side of the home through the grey gates and through to the security screen door into the entry/kitchenette. The area is well lit should guests check in later in the day. Private spaces = kitchenette, bedrooms and bathroom off the tiled hallway. Guest space can be closed off via a sliding door. Guests also have exclusive use of the pool area during their stay and the entertainment/living room. Shared spaces = dining room, outdoor dining area/patio, breakfast bar, main kitchen. Other things to note Light Breakfast/Snacks Option $15 per person per day = Please let me know in advance if you would like breakfast/s provided and I will leave a range of the following in your mini fridge: yoghurt, granola, fruit, protein pudding, banana bread.
