Use of kitchen, newly renovated room with attached bathroom/locked door, washer & dryer. Wifi available but there is not tv in bedroom. Have extra tv if want to setup in another room. Patio outside with a nice view for use and an older bbq. Parking on street in front of house. Not a big party house.
