Just a few minutes from the famous Ardèche train, the legendary "Mastrou" steam train The space The accommodation consists of a main house and its independent studio. 🏡The main house, friendly and warm (up to 6 people ): 1 new kitchen fully equipped for meals like at home ( stovetop , high-tech range hood, dishwasher , large refrigerator and freezer , microwave , coffee machine, kettle and everything you need to cook . 1 spacious and inviting living room with its wood burning stove, perfect for getting together for families or groups of friends . 1 smart TV 1 x XXL sofa bed by the fire 1 Dining area with wood burning stove Upstairs you have: 1 large bright bedroom and its bed 160/200cm as well as plenty of storage and dressing room . Direct access to the terrace and its panoramic view🏞️. ( the size of the room allows you to install your own umbrella beds if needed , max 2 ) 1 large extra sleeping area with convertible sofa (ideal for 2 children ) 1 bathroom with double sinks , shower and bath 1 self-catering toilet 🏠The studio consists of the following: 1 bed 160/200cm 1 sofa bed (ideal for 2 children ) 1 full kitchen 1 smart TV 1 en-suite bathroom 1 toilet Separate entrance for more privacy (teenagers, friends, couples) Outside, enjoy a swimming pool and its lounge with spectacular views, a plot of more than 5,500 m² with stunning views of the countryside. Terrace , garden furniture , dining area, barbecue and fire pit at your disposal . For long stays, access to the laundry room is possible (washing machine, dryer and exercise machine). Many secure and marked trails nearby. Walking, hiking and mountain biking trails La Dolce via accessible on foot or by bike will also allow you to discover the Ardèche in a different way. Quaint rivers and villages to explore . Body of water of Retourtour (minutes from the property ) Clear water, landscaped and accessible beach. Swimming area and wilder areas. Onsite restaurant. Train from the Ardèche ,(authentic experience with a spectacular course in the Gorges du Doux , the most touristic in the region)!
