The space 🏠 Property Description Property is 10 kms and 15-20 minutes from Airport with no tolls and traffic. The property is a three-floor residential building with 6 flats, and your stay will be in the first house on the 1st floor. Please note that there is no lift in the building, so guests will need to carry their luggage on their own. Help may be available from the caretaker upon request, kindly remember to tip him for his assistance. The house is spacious and comfortable, featuring a large living room with a three-seater sofa. The dining table seats six people and can also be used as a work desk for office or laptop work. Dining chairs and the sofa may be used to accommodate extra guests comfortably. The home has two bedrooms: One bedroom with an attached washroom having an AC . Another bedroom with an attached balcony, balcony is suitable for two people to sit and relax There is an additional common washroom near the living area. There are two extra single mattresses in cupboard -can be used for additional guests (5th and 6th guest) . note -max number of guest we take booking is 6 The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, water filter, electric kettle, mixer grinder, and all essential cooking utensils, including plates, spoons, and cooking vessels such as a biryani pot—ideal for home-style cooking. A utility area with a washing machine is available. The large garbage bin is kept in the utility area. There are no shops / Restaurants in walkable distance, but blinkit /zomato/swiggy will deliver to doorstep. ola/uber/rapido also comes to doorstep. kindly keep that in mind and plan accordingly . Guest access complete flat will be yours (1st floor 1st house) and will be not shared with anyone else. do not go to any other floors or terrace, you can take a walk outdoors though "it's peaceful "🤗 Other things to note kindly share each guest government id with us with the address (front and back) ✈️ 10 kms and 15-20minutes aways from airport with no tolls and traffic in between. 🍽️ Food & Grocery Delivery Zomato and Swiggy deliver directly to the doorstep. Blinkit is deliverable 📋 House Rules & Important Notes This is a quiet residential area. Please avoid loud music or any activity that may disturb neighbors. Smoking and drinking are strictly allowed only inside the house. Please do not smoke or drink outside the property. Please do not litter inside the house or around the building. Dispose of all garbage only in the bins provided (large bin in the utility area). ⚡ Power & Water Note The geyser, mixer grinder, electric kettle, and water motor work only on main electricity and do not operate on inverter power. power back up will be available for 6-8 hours incase of power cut. (depending upon usage) During power cuts, guests are advised to store water in buckets in advance for emergency use. 🧹 Cleaning Policy Mid-stay cleaning is not included. If required, cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost of ₹300 per cleaning, payable directly to the caretaker. 🛏️ Extra Linen For extra bedsheets, towels, or cushion covers, please inform us at least one day in advance so arrangements can be made smoothly. ⏰ Late checkout &early check in It is subject to availability and may can be provided on request with an additional cost of 300 for each extra hour (if checking out without informing to us after 1 pm then we will be charging for the complete day) 🧍‍♂️ Number of guests Make sure your booking is for the exact number of guest and visitors going to come there, we do not allow visitor or extra number of guest other than booking. note- 6 is the maximum number of people we allow booking incase you are expecting someone or number of of guest is going to exceed 6 , do ask us for permission , upon approval from us you may be allowed to call visitors or extra guest only with an additional charges and after sharing their ids. (not following the rules can lead in immediate eviction without any notice or refund) . kindly read the house rules and amenities details properly before making the booking as the items which are not listed can not be provided.(we do change sheets /mats /sofa cover/ blanket/towels for every booking so it might not matches to the pictures you have seen ! We do provide power backup for approximately 6–8 hours, depending on usage. However, in case of heavy rain, bad weather, or any unforeseen power issues from BESCOM, there may occasionally be interruptions beyond our control. In such situations, we kindly request guests to bear with us and allow some time for restoration. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
