Summer cottage with comfortable facilities. Bio-toilet in the outbuilding. Downstairs, the beach sauna has the possibility to heat water for washing. There is no shower in the property. Bring your own sheets and towels. The space The cottage is a summer cottage on the shore of Lohjanjärvi. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster) and there is also a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bio-toilet that needs to be checked from time to time. NOTE! A wood-fired sauna can be found on the beach. The dock is currently missing from the property, but the beach is a great place to swim. The beach is shallow and deepens. New dock coming at the end of July. The old jetty was destroyed in a storm and was removed for safety reasons. The beach sauna also has a hot tub and a rowboat for an additional fee. Check in at 2:00 pm - Check out by 12:00 pm (noon/afternoon) Other things to note Kitchen: NOTE!!! There is a drain in the kitchen, but avoid grease and debris from entering the drain. We have a bio water treatment plant that meets the standards. Bio toilet - use both the toilet brush and the odor eater. Less than half a scoop is enough. Just put toilet paper in there. Sauna instructions: Remember to turn on the electricity at the top of the house on the right side of the house when viewed from the lake (on/off) and make sure that the electricity is ALWAYS turned off. (The problem is that the pump is constantly running, the water hose for the watering needs to be replaced because it leaks) Stove ignition and sauna - Don't touch the flaps, they're always open - ALWAYS fill the sauna water tank before lighting and keep water in it throughout the sauna - Use the firelighter bags that can be found in the dressing room. Place the wood as far as possible on the grate. - The wood is behind the sauna under the tarp. - Close the window while the sauna is heating up - BEWARE! The stove is old, when you add wood, do not push your face in front of the door (sparks can come from there) - It is advisable to prepare more water at once in the big bucket that can be found in the sauna. - Please use the sauna so that everyone has peflets :) Cleaning the beach sauna - Rinse the benches and use a pine broom and brush - Sweep up the trash - Lift the grate up (as it was) - Brush the water into the drain (the slope is in the wrong direction...) - Get the wood ready for the next sauna - Sweep and sprinkle the carpet - Empty the ashes into the metal bucket! Not outside, because of the risk of forest fire. - Empty the trash In general, you leave the sauna in the same condition as it was - thank you - Do not leave the padding out, but always put them back in the sauna hallway after use And remember to turn off the electricity upstairs :) Hot tub and rowboat for an extra fee - call - COTTAGE CLEANING: In general, leave the cottage in the same condition as it was when you arrived. Shake all carpets outside (except the living room carpet that needs to be vacuumed) Vacuum and wipe dust/surfaces (tables, chairs, etc.) and wash floors. All the necessary cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner can be found in the cleaning cabinet. Clean the kitchen - if you used the oven, clean the oven plates and grills. Wipe the surfaces. Wipe the fridge and take your own food with you. Clean the kitchen sink and the "small" sink General: Please put all the items back where you found them. The glazed terrace has separate blankets and pillows that are so-called For outdoor use, do not take pillows/blankets from the living room or bedroom outside/to the terrace. We have put out flowers and herbs that you can use, remember to water them :) Waste disposal station: The waste disposal facility can be found about 4 km away on the left side of Pietiläntie.
