Hidden away on a secluded ridge in Mukteshwar, our home is designed for those looking to escape the noise of the world. With a living tree growing inside the lounge, a cozy attic for dreaming, and the forest as your neighbor, this is your modern-day sanctuary. The space The NEVER Land strikes a rare balance: the exterior is a traditional cottage, while the interior is a modern boutique experience. ​The Living "Nest": Our common living area is the heart of the home, featuring a real Oak tree integrated into the architecture and massive glass windows that bring the outdoors in. ​Sleeping: ​The Main Bedroom: Features a cozy floor-bed setup with panoramic windows overlooking the valley. ​The Attic: A charming, sloped-roof hideaway accessible by stairs—perfect for reading, meditating, or feeling like a kid again. ​Spa-Like Bathrooms: No rustic compromises here. We offer two luxurious washrooms with modern glass partitions, subway tiles, and 24/7 hot & cold water. Washrooms are not attached to the room. Guests will have to take around 20 steps to reach them. ​The Outdoors: An East-facing property, meaning you wake up to spectacular sunrises over the Mukteshwar peaks. The patio is furnished with rustic log seating. ​Practical Comforts: ​Common Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. ​Washing machine and clothes dryer (ideal for long stays). Wi-Fi and Power Back Up: The wifi router has mini UPS attached to it for short power cuts. There is power backup (for laptop charging, Wi-Fi and some lights ~9hrs) at the property. The electric grid is usually reliable but bad weather can impact it. Guest access To keep The NEVER Land secluded, we are a bit off the beaten path: ​For 4x4s & Bikes: Vehicles like the Thar, Jimny, or motorcycles can drive straight to the doorstep and park on-site. ​For Standard Cars: You will park in a safe spot 500 meters away and enjoy a short, scenic walk through nature to reach the cottage. Dining: "Don't want to cook? We offer a homely breakfast (Paranthas, eggs, toast, jams, milk, curd) for ₹200 per person/day." Other things to note The Vibe: This is a peaceful sanctuary. We have dense forest to our North and West, so please respect the silence and the wildlife. No loud music is allowed after 9pm and before 7am. Connectivity: High-speed WiFi is available, making this a perfect Work-from-Mountains (WFM) location. We have power backup for Wifi and laptops.
