Our house is a beautiful property, located in a quiet area of Valsequillo, surrounded by nature and very close to the lagoon, ideal to disconnect without leaving the city. Enjoy a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, with a heated pool with solar panels at room temperature to refresh yourself, and a roof garden overlooking the lagoon, perfect for experiencing spectacular sunsets. A space designed to rest and enjoy ✨ The space The house features spacious areas designed for your comfort: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and relaxation areas. It has comfortable beds for a total of 15 people, as well as full bathrooms. Outside, you can enjoy the swimming pool and areas for relaxing, as well as a roof garden overlooking the lagoon, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings. Note: The entrance past the road is on a dirt road. Everything is designed to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay ✨ Other things to note 🔹 The house is ideally suited to accommodate 15 people. Up to a maximum of 20 people in total can be accommodated (whether they stay overnight or not). From the 16th person onwards, there is an additional charge. 🔹 It is important to correctly record the total number of people on the reservation. 🔹We have Wi-Fi, which you can find via a QR code upstairs. Please avoid moving the modem from its place. 🔹 The pool is heated with solar panels to a maximum of 25 degrees (keep in mind that it depends a lot on the city's weather). IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO TURN ON OR MOVE ANY OF THE POOL'S EQUIPMENT. 🔹 The area is quiet and safe, ideal for rest and relaxation, so we ask that you maintain a respectful atmosphere. 🔹 Convenience stores and a small supermarket are approximately a 7-minute drive away. 🔹 Nearby places: Africam Safari (15 min), Cuautinchán (15 min), Tecali (20 min), downtown Puebla (45 min). 🔹Wash the dishes that are used and pick up the trash in the bags that are left in the kitchen, as well as leave the barbecue clean if it is used
