Peaceful house in the center of the rural village of Beauce located equidistant from Chartres and Orléans, and at the gates of the Châteaux de la Loire. It is ideal for a tourist stay or Perfect for hosting you during a business trip or as a stop on the vacation route. The house is also close to several reception halls, allowing you to enjoy events in peace. (100 m from La Ferme des Festivités, a few km from the Domaine de L'Arainville) The space The house is organized with one floor. On the ground floor is the equipped kitchen and dining area (1 room only). At the back of it is the laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and an isolated toilet. On the right when entering the house, we find a living room that must be crossed to reach the dormitory with 4 possible beds. All beds in the house are single beds that can be arranged as twin beds with double duvet. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with twin beds or 2 single beds and one with bunk bed You have to cross the bunk bed to get to one of the double bedrooms. It's perfect for a family room. A bathroom with shower and toilet is upstairs. We provide a travel cot, with mattress and duvet, high chair and other childcare equipment on request. For the hot weather period, we have invested in a portable air conditioner, a cooling fan, and 2 portable fans to maintain a suitable temperature upstairs. Other things to note On Wednesdays of even weeks, you can find the "gourmand'elo" food truck 50 meters from the cottage. It offers burgers, paninis, salads, and sweet treats for dessert. Every Thursday, a pizza food truck is present in Varize, 5 km from Bazoches-en-Dunois.
