Welcome to our bright & modern T2 apartment in peaceful Vila Verde Resort, just minutes from Bikini Beach.Enjoy a relaxing & comfortable stay in a spacious flat with Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioned bedrooms/living room, fully equipped kitchen & private balcony overlooking the swimming pool.The resort offers everything you need for restful stay, including a large pool, local supermarket, restaurant, 24/7 security.Ideally located between Bikini Beach & Ponta Preta Beach, Santa Maria is a short drive away! The space The main bedroom and the second bedroom comfortably sleep up to four guests. For additional guests, we can prepare a comfortable double floor mattress with clean and fresh linens and pillows which is set up on request. We accept up to two extra guests for an additional fee. While the pool in our block is currently unavailable, guests are welcome to enjoy the nearby block’s pool, which is easily accessible and just a few minutes’ walk away. Our check‑in team will guide you on how to access it upon your arrival. The apartment is fully air‑conditioned, with individual AC units in both bedrooms and the living-room area, ensuring cool and comfortable nights even during the warmest months in Sal. The décor in the apartment combines modern simplicity with rustic Cape Verdean & African influences, natural textures, and a cosy, inviting atmosphere that makes the space feel both stylish and authentic. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cookware, and utensils, ideal for guests who enjoy preparing their meals at home. A washing machine is available for guest to use, along with a drying rack. Please note that guests will need to purchase their own laundry products. The apartment has reliable Wi‑Fi suitable for streaming, video calls, and remote work. We provide fresh towels, bed linens, pool towels, basic toiletries, and a starter kit with water, tea, and coffee. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Other things to note Free parking is available throughout the Vila Verde resort. The resort has 24/7 security, and our check‑in team will meet you on arrival to hand over keys and show you the apartment. There is a local supermarket within the resort: Supermercado Vila Verde open every day from 8am to 7:30pm, making it easy to pick up groceries, snacks, and daily essentials during your stay. It’s just a minute walk from the apartment. Bikini Beach is a short walk away from the apartment, and Santa Maria is approximately a 5 minute drive or taxi ride. Perfect for couples, families, group of friends, remote workers, and long‑stay guests looking for comfort and tranquillity near the beach.
