With space for cars and boats and only a short walk/ride to the Great Southern Rail Trail, it’s the perfect base to relax, explore, and reconnect with nature. The space Newly renovated, spacious and modern home sleeping up to 6 guests. Features a bright open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, kettle and toaster. Comfortable lounge with large L-shaped couch and two electric recliners. Two bedrooms with quality bedding, two bathrooms (one fully accessible), laundry, two TVs, plus a study with desk and sofa bed. Ample off-street parking for cars, boats or work vehicles. Other things to note As we are a coastal town please be sure to pack mosquito repellent and maybe some antihistamine tablets in case you do get some bites as we do get sandflies. Please no parking on any grass area - as there is a water metre on the lawn area
