A quiet area, clean air, and a few minutes' walk to the beach. 5 minutes by car to Riviera, 30 minutes to the city centre The space On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a double bed and a sofa bed, a shower cubicle and a toilet, as well as two verandas facing the sea and the courtyard. On the second floor, there is a double bed and a sofa, a bathroom and a toilet. There is an air conditioner on each floor. Balcony with a sea view. Guest access the whole house - The stay of unauthorised persons not listed in the booking is prohibited. -All guests staying in the apartment must be listed at the time of booking. Other things to note There are 2 houses on the premises. The owner is sometimes in the first house (taking care of the garden, lawn, and cleaning the premises) In the second one, there are only guests.
