Welcome to our stylish mountain cottage MartinSki Wellness house, located in the popular ski resort of Martinské hole in the Žilina region, near the town of Martin, which provides: - Exterior Wellness (Hot Tub / Sauna) - Max. 20 people - 5 separate rooms - 2 kitchens / 2 living rooms - 3 bathrooms / 4 toilets - Spacious game room (Ping pong, darts, table football, archery, small climbing wall..) - outdoor seating with a goulash kettle, grill and fireplace - children's playground The space All year round we offer accommodation in a cottage with a capacity of 20 beds in two modern apartments: - 8-bed Exclusive line apartment with two bedrooms (rustic and industrial style, double and bunk bed in each bedroom), - 10-bed Comfort line apartment (retro and luxury style, double and bunk bed in each bedroom, as well as a pull-out bed serving as an extra bed), Exclusive Apartment is a separately usable apartment part of the MartinSki cottage, which is located on the first (middle) floor of the cottage with an area of 76m2. This spacious area offers you two separate rooms, which are tuned to Industrial (4 beds) and Rustical (4 beds) design style, while in each room you will find a double bed and a bunk bed, which is accommodation for 8 people. The great advantage of the Exclusive line is, in addition to the two bathrooms, which belong separately to each room, as well as a spacious living room connected by a bar counter with a fully equipped kitchen with a total area of 33m2. Comfort Apartment is a separately usable apartment part of the MartinSki cottage, which consists of an attic floor with an area of 76 m2. This spacious area offers you two separate rooms, which are tuned to Luxury (4 beds) and Retro (4 beds) design style, while in each room you will find a double bed and a bunk bed. The rooms have a shared spacious bathroom with a toilet, and for added comfort, there is also another separate toilet upstairs. Comfort Apartment offers you a lounge in the form of a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Skiers and cyclists can store their equipment in the storage room, you can also use ski boot dryers, a washing machine, an iron and two children's high chairs. For a pleasant shortening of moments and fun, we have prepared table tennis, table football and darts, children will play with toys. You can relax in the outdoor barrel sauna. There is a built-in dispensing device for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We have arranged free WiFi throughout the property. You can safely park your vehicles in our guarded parking lot. The strategic position of the accommodation is the biggest attraction of our guests! In the summer months, you will experience pleasant wanderings around the area, try the nearby Ferrata HZS - Martinské hole, go to Minčol, swim at the Vrútky Swimming Pool or Sunny Martin. The view from the Lookout Tower on the Tank Road will also impress you, as well as the Kunerad Castle or Strečno Castle. Skiing enthusiasts will have a great time at the Martinské Hole Ski Resort, Piatrová and Snowland Valčianska dolina. Guest access Guests are allowed to enter all areas of the cottage except the technical room and the Separe Apartment, which has its own private entrance. Other things to note Important notice! Valid only during the winter season, i.e. from 01.11 to 31.03 Time schedule of traffic restrictions on the road to Martinské hole: - you can only go up from 06:00 to 12:00 and from 19:00 to 24:00. - you can only go down from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and from 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM. Snow chains are required for all vehicles during the winter season. During the off-season from 01.04 to 31.10, the road is two-way without restrictions.
